Terms & Conditions
Article 1 — Definitions
Robunco, based in the Netherlands, provides services in website design, web development, brand identity, CRM systems, AI solutions, business automations and related digital services.
"Client" means any individual or legal entity that engages Robunco's services.
Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes, agreements, work and services provided by Robunco.
Any deviation from these terms is only valid when agreed in writing.
Article 3 — Quotes and agreements
- All quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
- An agreement is formed upon written confirmation or payment.
- Robunco reserves the right to decline any project.
Article 4 — Delivery of the work
Robunco will carry out the work to the best of its ability and judgement.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, copy, images and materials in a timely manner.
Delays caused by the client may result in extended delivery timelines.
Article 5 — Delivery
- Stated delivery timelines are indicative.
- Exceeding a timeline does not entitle the client to compensation.
- A website is considered delivered once it has been made available online.
Article 6 — Changes
Small changes after delivery may be carried out free of charge when agreed.
Work outside the original scope is considered additional work and may be invoiced separately.
Article 7 — Payment
- Invoices are due within 14 days.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Robunco may suspend work if payment is not received on time.
Article 8 — Intellectual property
All designs, concepts, source code and developed materials remain the property of Robunco until payment has been received in full.
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final deliverable, unless agreed otherwise.
Article 9 — Liability
Robunco is not liable for:
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages;
- loss of profit;
- loss of data;
- third-party outages;
- damages caused by hosting providers.
Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project.
Article 10 — Hosting and maintenance
If maintenance or hosting is included:
- a monthly agreement applies;
- it can be cancelled monthly;
- Robunco may temporarily suspend the service in case of non-payment.
Article 11 — Force majeure
Robunco is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure, including:
- internet outages;
- supplier outages;
- illness;
- government measures;
- cyber incidents.
Article 12 — Governing law
Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
